…and cracked the screen on the lower quarter by the Home button. It will likely hold together for a month or so but it looks like I'll be needing a new phone soon.

Because of my very light phone usage (maybe 1 call per day and 2 or 3 texts) and hardly anything else, it's hard to justify replacing my 6 with a 6S or higher. For about $300 I can get a decent Moto on Android, but I'd rather avoid the hassle by paying $50 more and staying with Apple (even though they annoy me a lot lately). So when I make the trip to the Apple Store I'll likely downgrade to a SE.

I don't anticipate any problems but I thought I'd ask: Any issues going from my light-usage iPhone 6 to a SE other than dealing with a smaller size?

If you're talking about the SE, the general issues have been noted (yellowing screen, etc), but you should see a battery life increase and a performance increase from the 6.

Other than form factor, I don't think you would mind much, unless you cannot stand the 4" screen.

Yeah what is a CS?

If you meant 5S then Apple don’t sell it anymore & if you meant SE then its certainly an upgrade from your 6.

The SE is awesome-there’s actually an entire thread here called exactly that. It’s a budget phone, but it runs like the wind. For light use, it’s exactly what you need.
