Oops... I've got 2 phones in transit

So I originally ordered from Apple on the 16th, then when AT&T started shipping so much faster on the 29th I figured I could maybe get one from them faster. Over the weekend my Apple order shipped and is currently stuck in Shenzhen with Fedex for some reason, but has a delivery date of the 9th. When it shipped I tried to cancel my AT&T order, but was unable to, but I just figured the order would take care of itself since my upgrade eligibility had already been reset for my number. I woke up this morning and checked the AT&T site and that one has shipped and is scheduled for tomorrow. I'm amazed that 2 orders were even able to ship. Has anyone else had an experience like this? And if so, what did you do about the extra phone?

Well one suggestion, if you don't have the money nor interest to sell it for profit, is to return the iPhone from Apple to an Apple store for a full refund. But that's uninteresting.
