Oops. Problem with search.bundle!

Okay, so I had renamed my search.bundle to hide the spotlight icon. I forgot to rename it back before I installed 10.6.5. Now I am in a world of hurt. First time I restarted I got this message in console and the icon / toolbar is pretty messed up. How do I fix?
