I have always wanted to try the apple leather cases and they are so nice looking but I am wary of the open bottom. How does the exposed area hold up after use? I feel like it gets dinged up and scratched.

Open bottom cases - scratches?

Never had an issue with my 6s+ and apple leather case. Bear in mind that it still has covered and raised bottom corners, so it’ll still lay flat face down without the screen touching the surface, and any drop into a flat surface shouldn’t hit the bottom of the phone
