this isn't a serious issue, just a bit annoying. when i start up my macbook pro, the finder opens with an open window. it didn't used to do this. it used to open straight to the desktop. but after i installed quicksilver, it's been booting up with an open finder window. like i said, this isn't a fatal thing, just a bit annoying. i can't find any settings to not have this window open. any hints on how to stop this or should i just deal?

That's what happens when you have a Finder window open and then the Finder somehow gets terminated/relaunched, or if you log out with windows open. After it relaunches/you log back in, the same windows open back up.

i'm positive i don't have any finder windows open when i log off or shut down. like i said, this is more annoying than fatal, but any tips would be rad
