Guys (and gals),

As per topic title, is there anyway I can prevent the iPad browser from going to the newtab when I click "open in new tab"?

Sometimes I want to open many tabs when browsing and then view them in a few minutes, I hate having to use open in new tab and then switch back to where I just opened it from.

Hope I've explained myself correctly.

Thanks in advance

There isn't an Apple allowed way to do this. But there is a jailbreak modification for this.

Try an alternative browser like iCab or Atomic. I think both let you open tabs in the background. :)
