Open OneNote instead of Apple Notes on IPP

For a lot of (good) reasons, I use OneNote instead of Apple Notes. Is there a way to configure the new Ipad Pro to open OneNote instead of Notes when I tap the screen with my pencil?

P.S. to Microsoft: Please update OneNote to support the pencil tap eraser.

As far as I know, that behavior is unconfigureable. The best you could do would probably be an IFTTT script or something to copy any Notes to OneNote so it is available there later. Not even sure if that is possible, but seems plausible.
