For those of you familiar with the Gallery 2 project, this will be a welcome treat. For the past few months I have been working with one of the developers to give all menu options and items icons for the web-based interface. At this time, there are 70 available icons throughout the software.

But the best news is that these icons are released under the GNU General Public License. That means that you are able to use, redristribute and/or modify these icons to your liking as long as the README.txt file is attached. I've also decided to make the original Adobe Photoshop document available with all layers intact so that they can be very easily modified and styles can be copied directly.

If anyone needs a really large variety of nice bitmap icons, try this site:

http://www.iconexperience.com

They are all a similar style, but, with some Photoshop wizardry, you can make them look different for each project if needed. I like that they come in four sizes.
