When I am in Finder in a folder is there an easy way to open Terminal and it will already be in that folder?

Dunno what version of macOS you are using, but in Tahoe macOS 26, just right click on the folder. At the bottom of the pop-up menu will be an item "New Terminal at Folder". You can also drag the folder to the Terminal window after typing "cd " at the prompt.

From the Path bar, available since Ventura

"Open new Terminal windows or tabs from the Finder
You can use the path bar in a Finder window to open a new Terminal window or tab with the working directory set to a folder’s location.
On your Mac, open a Finder window, then navigate to the folder you want to use.
If you don’t see the path bar at the bottom of the Finder window, choose View > Show Path Bar.
Control-click the folder in the path bar, then do one of the following.
Open a new window: Choose Open in Terminal.
Open a new tab: Choose Services > New Terminal Tab at Folder."
