Currently this has only happened with Adobe products. Acrobat reader double entries was solved by deleting the copy in my OS9 app folder. However, Now I'm getting 2 Illustrator entries. See attachment. I can't find double copies of the App. It's not that it causes a problem, its just that it is a little disturbing.

Open With Apps appear twice
