"Open With..." Contextual Menu: Choose what programs are there?

So I have Adobe CS2 installed and it includes a bunch of Droplets for converting file quality into ImageReady or Bridge or something like that.

But either way when I right click a picture to open in either preview or Xee, I get about 25 of these droplets included in the list, and it is quite unnecessary to have those there. Any way to choose what programs can be listed in the "Open With..." option?

Normally I do a search for my problems, but with this one I figured it was too vague to be easily found by searching. Apparently I was wrong. Good stuff Mad Jew, I'll go zip'em up.
