I know this is a Windows topic but a lot people here are very knowledgeable on Windows, too.
I've been asked to setup parental controls on a family's computer and I personally like OpenDNS for the job. The problem is that I want to be able to block certain things for the kids' account and then nothing for the parent's account. I'm not sure how this is possible as OpenDNS just looks at your IP address. (which is obviously the same between both accounts)
Can I have the parent's account use the Comcast DNS server and the kids' account use the OpenDNS server?.. Or are the DNS settings globally applied?
Thanks
