opened a spam link!!

Hi, need help. Stupidly I clicked on an unsubscribe link on a email I thought I recognised but didn't check the email address. It took me to a website that wasn't what I thought.

In Mac OS do I need to do anything? Or should I be protected?

Did you anything when you got there? If you just closed the window - all good, except:
The spammer (or whatever) has confirmation your email address is valid.

Probably no need to do anything, but I know nothing about where you went.

No didn't do anything, looked at the page and then closed. Just put the link in Googles safety checker and it didn't have any reports about it. I didnt know if I needed to re install Mac OS or run some kind of program.
