Opening apps with no permission

Hi i am new to this site but i have a comp and i dont have ANY permissions to open apps or do any thing is they any thing out there that can help me.

I have used Mondo dock, Tinker tool, Quicksilver but all or those have been traced. Is there some apps or some thing that i can open and use to open other apps

I think the question is: why don't you have permission? Has someone restricted your user settings? Also, what do you mean, 'traced'? I have to say, your request sounds kind of fishy.

yes i have been restrictriced of my user settings and i dont want to be found out ( its a school comp)
