Opening attachment like junk files

Hi,
I am having a peculiar problem.Can anyone pls help me.
One of my user sending e-mail using Outlook 2010(Windows) to the other user who is having Outlook 2011(Mac). Mac user is unable to open the attachment.(Opening .doc,.xls,ppt,.xlsx,.docx,.pptx,.pdf file like junk files) But all other users whoever using Outlook 2010 send the attachment is able to open in Mac.
Windows user Outlook reinstalled. OS (Windows)Formatted and reinstalled.
Can anyone help me out to resolve the same.
