Opening folder effect

I recently noticed that when you open a folder in Mac OS X, it opens in a new window using the Scale Effect, as used in the Dock. I know it can probably be found in either the Finder's or the Dock's Property List. Does anyone know if it is possible to change this effect to the Suck Effect? If so, does anyone know how?

Yes I think it is possible, but im not sure how.
