Opening Mounted volumes from the menu bar, possible?

Hey,


I been working on cleaning my desktop and found that the thing that messes my desktop the most is those mounted dmg files i get off the net..

Is there an application that lets me view/eject them from the menu bar? so i can disable viewing any icons on the desktop..

btw i searched Google and macrumors and found nothing..but im sure there must be a way.
