Opening mulitple instances of a program

I need to know how to open multiple instances of the same program. The program that I mainly need to open multiple instances of is azureus.


And quick question while I'm at it, can anyone recmoned a good bittorent client that allows selective downloading?

because i know for a fact that azureus has selective downloading. I need to run two instances because i also have it set to automatically start downloading torrents becasue i use the rssfeed plugin.
