opening pages file in ms word on PC

Could somebody tell me how to open a page file (which is all basic text) in MS word on a PC? I'm considering getting iwork 07 when it comes out versus getting word but would need to be open text files back and forth in both (and edit them).

i think you'll have to export/save the pages file as ms word format.. then you can open in office on mac/pc etc..

That indeed worked! Should have been able to use my brain and figured that out on my own.
