trying to see if there's a setting I'm missing. When I'm viewing a SD card with photos how can I double click a picture view it and just hit the arrow key to view the next one instead of closing it and opening the next one or highlighting them all and hitting open. I also don't wanna upload all them to photos either bc a lot I don't want. Thanx
 
You can try selecting the first photo in finder, then press the space bar. It will open a viewing window for the image. Then you can use arrows to scroll through the pictures.

Use the finder's quickview.

Select the first one, hit spacebar, and use the arrow keys to your heart's desire.
