Opening print window is very slow with Word 2011 for Mac

Hi,

we have a user that has a problem when trying to print in Word 2011 for Mac. When he launches a print, the printing window that'll open takes a very long time to open. Does anybody has an idea if we can solve this problem? It seems he only has the problem with Word for Mac.

Are you running the latest updates?

I'll check it tomorrow with the user, but I think the Mac is up to date. I'll let you know

I am talking about Office. You can use Microsoft Auto Update to bring it up to date.
