Opening program, get new program popup

How do I get rid of this? When I open my cisco VPN client, I get the "new program popup" thing.

You know when u install a new app, and the first time you run it a window pops up that looks like my attachment.

Anyways, I want this to stop coming up. All other APPs dont have the popup after initial opening!
