Opening song @ Apple music event

At the beginning of yesterday's music event, Apple played a rendition of the Beatles classic "in my life" sung by Johnny Cash.

I was really impressed by Cash's version. I decided to buy it on iTunes today. It's easily worth the .99.

If you haven't heard it yet, then go check it out. Its a must-hear!

I also enjoyed the two songs Sarah McLachlan sang at the end of the event. Go watch the stream of the event to see for yourself

Sarah MacLachlan is great. I was hoping she would sing her song from Toy Story 2, When She Loved Me. It would have been a clever, subtle little cross-promotional sort of thing.

I also really like the song in the iPod rock ad, bu can't for the life of me remember the name or the artist.
