Anyone experiencing slowness in opening Top Sites in a new tab?
It takes for me 2 seconds to be ready typing into the URL field. If you however switch to Favourites view, the tab opens instantaneously.
I remember the same situation was there with Safari 4 when Apple introduced the Top Sites view - the PPC macs barely could keep up with its graphics. Now the performance hog seems to have returned.
