Opening webpages from Feedly in slide over?

On an iPad I somehow set it so when I have Feedly open with nothing else open, and I open an article it opens the webpage in Safari in Slide Over on the right side. I have no idea how I set this up, though I’d like to do it on my other iPad. How is this done?
