Is there a way (setting, terminal or app) to enable the OpenType settings of the default San Francisco font in macOS Sierra? Particularly I’d love to be able to change the numbers to tabular (monospaced) ones instead of the default proportional ones.

I read that for developers it’s possible to change this setting in their apps, implying there are indeed tabular figures for the San Francisco font. I am hoping to change this system wide (e.g. for Mail, Notes, etc.).
