Hi y'all,

I like to work with keyboard shortcuts as much as possible. There is still one operation which I cannot preform (to my knowledge) without a mouse-click.
In the screenshot you'll see a pop-up with 2 options: cancel or delete. How can I choose the delete option without using a mouse?

Tx.

Enable full keyboard access if you haven't already, in System Preferences. Then, when you get that dialog... press the Tab key, then Return.

Thanks, this has always bugged me a little bit (not enough to bother googling the answer myself though obviously!) :D

Interestingly, 10.6 also added a keyboard shortcut for that window; command-d will delete the item, and (as usual) command-period will cancel. It does NOT require full keyboard access to be on, either.

Unless it was turned on incidentally by some other setting, I'm pretty sure that shortcut didn't exist in 10.5, which always trips me up when I'm in front of a 10.5 machine at work.
