Operation Reposession: wait, what?

How do these guys not get sued? Right now is an episode where they're repoing a helicopter. The owner lands and as soon as he walks into the office where the repo guys are hiding, the big main guy (forgot his name) comes flying out from a doorway, grabs this little skinny guy, and slams him down on the desk and demands the logbooks. He says "be still or I'll break your neck".

How is this even close to legal? You can't just jump somebody like that for no reason. This dude weighed 160 lbs max. Maybe just ask for the logbooks first?

I thought you were posting about doctors removing rip replacements ect because the patient could not afford it. lol

IIRC, the show is reenactments. Otherwise, these guys would have been out of business a long time ago with all the FDCPA violations they ring up.
