opinion on Sheye Rosemeyer's Eye Candy PS actions?

$95 USD is a lot for a set of tools that do adjustments that PhotoShop itself will do with some time on the learning curve. But it's all up to you. If they will be used a lot and streamline your workflow so that it makes you more money, then yes.
