What I think about this phone? I think it sucks that we can't get this phone in the US. All they would have to do is a rebrand it as a OnePlus 13 Ultra outside the Chinese market and it would sell like crazy. Seems like Oneplus/Oppo may be pulling away from the global markets a bit and just focusing their efforts on China.

Agree a better OnePlus 13 phone as you said the Ultra.. it's a shame because it seems they're really turning up some good phones

They really are. They are putting out more innovative products than Samsung, Apple, or Google and all we can do is watch others enjoy all the fun. I was really bummed when they shelved the OnePlus Open 2 and then when they didn't release the Find N5 (which was pretty much the Open 2) in the US.

The hardware looks amazing. It’s the shameless copying that many of the Chinese OEMs participate in that’s aggravating. Outside of the camera, it’s almost an iPhone/iOS clone. It doesn’t need the ripoff of the Camera Control (which if viewed objectively, isn’t really a very good feature) and Action button. Color OS is literally an iOS skin of Android.

Using others for inspiration is one thing…the pure copying is just plain weak. This would still be a great phone without any of it.

And considering the current economic issues in the US, none of the Chinese phones will be seeing our shores and if they did, they’d cost quite a bit more than the rest of the world.
