Hi,

Got a 1tb that doesn't fit in the Optibay. If I put my (boot) 500gb Seagate Momentus XT SSD/HDD in the Optibay, and my 1tb in the primary do you expect any problems?

No

But remember that your optibay will not dampen the HDD i.e. bump may/will cause it to skip. Thats why most people put the platter in the HDD spot and the SSD in the optibay.
