OptiBay Software Configuration Help

Hi Guys,

I have a new Macbook Pro with a 64GB SSD and a 320GB 7200RPM HDD installed in an OptiBay. Basically, i want to have the SSD with all of my system, OS and application files on it, to speed up boot times and app opening times. Then i want all of my personal data on the HDD OptiBay. e.g. Music, photos, documents.

What is the easiest and most seamless way of setting this up? i don't want to have multiple hard drive icons everywhere!!
