Yes they'll work but they're overpriced. I just bought this on Ebay for $30 shipped and it's basically the same thing.

Read through this thread for all the info you could need on the mod you're attempting.

Did your notebook have any sleep issues after installing that one? I read about this guy who had used a sata to sata cable and had sleep issues afterward.
