In the last week or so I've noticed that after I complete a workout and disconnect my chest strap, the optical HRM on the apple watch goes crazy. My last recorded measurement with the strap may by in the 90s, but then after the HRM takes over it shoots up to like 235 and stays there for minutes. Right now the watch has been stuck in 118 for the past 10 minutes even though my heart rate is back in the 70s. I did a restart and when the watch came back on it said my HR was 185. Any ideas what's up with the watch?
