Optical Thunderbolt Cables??

I was wondering if anyone out there has heard any news on the availability and/or pricing of optical thunderbolt cables. I read that Intel has promised that the cables would be available sometime in 2012 but has not provided any specific date for availability or any pricing details. If anyone has heard any news please let me know.

Well, they are already shipping test products:

So I guess it won't be long now....Sumitomo are pretty big suppliers too.
