Optimization solver in iWork Numbers?

Does Apple’s Numbers have a way to numerically solve problems like “Minimize the value (formula result) in a given cell by adjusting the values in a given range of cells”?

I know Excel can do it, but I don’t want to buy, install, nor use MS Office on my Mac. If need be I’ll use LibreOffice, but I’d like to use Numbers if possible.
