Optimized battery charging - how long to start working?

Had a 11 Pro Max for almost 7 days now, and it hasn't activated at all. Anyone else?

Manual control would be better. I don't need to charge past 80% really ever.

Have to be consistent in when you charge. I plug in at night. Works for me.

I do wish you could turn it on manually.
