Is anyone running the new optimum app?

Mine freezes every time it gets to the "Terms of Service" page...

I am running iOS 5 Beta 5 on an iPhone 4
 
Probably because you're on iOS 5 beta and the app isn't fully compatible with iOS 5 yet.
