Option+Arrows in Lion gone?

I work with text a lot and I really hate not being able to move word by word with Option+Arrows. I more important - I lose my precious time!

Any help with reactivating?

also, is there a way to use the right option key instead of the left for shortcuts like we could in SL?

Strange, I just did this in mail and in this forum reply and it works fine for me.

Look at your system preferences. Change the shortcut for whatever option+arrow is doing now. If no shortcut is assigned to option+arrow, you will get your familiar text editing back.
