iOS Options for app's info.plist

OK... I know this is probably somewhere obvious in the SDK that I can't find but where can I find info for the default fields for the info.plist file for my app? Wanted to make sure I was entering everything properly.

I found some documentation on the file in the SDK which states what the default fields are, but not what they do.
