Options for blocking phone #'s besides iBlacklist?

iBlacklist causes my phone to slow down to the point of needing to restart after it blocks a call.

It also allowed the number I'm blocking (a telemarketer that refuses to stop calling me) to leave me a voicemail even though I have it set up to just ring busy.

Any other options? I'm not impressed with iBlacklist at all.

look up a freeware called kuaidial
it's the most awesome phone add-on available.
