Hi.

Appreciate your help in setting up click options.

The option I am using is depressing the whole click pad as a button to click on something.

However, there is another easier option, just touching the click pad for the click.
Please guide how to set up this option.

System Settings > Trackpad > Tap to Click

It is typically the very first think I change with a new computer... along with scroll speed.

Try System Preferences > Trackpad > Point And Click > Tap to Click
