iPhone options for iphone4 on ios 5.0.0

I have an iphone4 on ios 5.0.0

I am wondering what is my best option right now to upgrade the ios and be able to jailbreak.

no SHSHs were listed when i plugged into tiny umbrella. It says it saved one for 6.1.3

does this mean that I will not be able to go back to ios5 if I want to?

fortunately, since you're on an iphone 4, you can use ifaith and dump your shsh blobs which'll allow you to restore/downgrade back to iOS 5.0 if you do not like iOS 6.1.3

unfortunately, you are stuck with a tethered jailbreak whether you decide to stay on iOS 5.0 or iOS 6.1.3. You can jailbreak tether using redsn0w
