Optus (In Australia )enters Iphone race

Since compaining that we were being ignored in OZ, Iv'e seen two stories on it coming here. This one says optus is in negotiations to get iphone.

Just as long as it's not Telstra!

My preference would be Vodafone or 3, but failing that Optus isn't so bad. I just really hope the 3G iPhone is around by the time it gets here.

It's fantastic to be starting to get some solid rumors. I've been with optus and didn't dislike them. They had reasonable coverage for where I went. Would probably prefer 3 or vodafone but would be happy with optus.

Sounds good, as I am moving to Oz in April

What is actually the best operator in Oz? I thought Telstra has the most coverage, but I read some negative posts above Why do you guys prefer 3 or Vodafone?
