"Or get iPhone unlocked and contract-free. Coming in November" - When ?

Hi,

Anyone know the exact date when Apple will start to officially cell the unlocked IPhone 4S in the US?

I know there is an option to ask for a "device only".
I will be in Manhattan next week (for a week), and I prefer to avoid getting into an argument with apple's sellers.

Oh gosh, you know what that means....Unlocked Contract free iPhone 4S coming November 30th. Sigh....
