Orange/EE Fair Usage Policy?

With the new iPhone, Orange offer an unlimited internet plan (think it's £51/month).

Does anyone know if there is a Fair Usage Policy or limitation, and whether you can tether?

Have moved into a new flat for 6 months, and thinking it might be better just to pay them £10 more (am on the £41 month plan) and not bother getting a new phone line installed and paying a line rental/broadband etc just for 6 months.

3gb is the cap

Personally depending on your area 3 are really good. Between iTunes Match and ios6 bein data heavy I've hit 6gb in 6 days (last reset).

Are you sure, as they offer a 3GB limit for £46 a month, and unlimited for £51. Surely they wouldn't offer the exact same contract, but for £5 more?

Sorry my bad that's for the free wifi hotspots. Says in there terms it's unlimited aslong as no tethering is used

With unlimited they just slow it down after you get to the 3GB limit with the 3GB cap they charge you for use after that.

Inclusive Mobile Internet - Mobile internet browsing applies within the UK only. Any use outside the UK will be charged at the relevant international rates. Mobile Internet browsing does not include event charges such as for ringtones or games (transport costs for these events are included). Note however that some domestic broadband packages have download limits and customers should be aware that using the iPhone to access the web through domestic WiFi will contribute to domestic data usage.
