Orange UK confirmed there will be new iPhone coming only exclusive to Orange

I just called Orange and upgrade dept and speak to the top notch man within upgrade department and ask a question regarding iPhone on Orange as there are lot of rumors out there..

I have told we not allowed to discuss any information yet but we can only tell yes there will be iPhone coming in next couple month on Orange and when i ask which one iPhone 3G or iPhone 3G S Orange replied 3G S only to O2 and there will be another iPhone coming soon which is on testing and it will be only available to Orange network dont know what other network available too but i guess to everyone apart from o2 lol

Now dont know if thats true but i was confirmed there is be new iPhone coming out in next couple of months

By Apple doing this, if true, then they will be making a hell of a lot of customer unhappy.

Now, I think it might be that Apple are dealing with Orange for that new tablet thing, if existant.
 
If this means O2 will cut their contract prices then im all for it.

For £35 a month they REALLY need to add more texts!

Not sure if you've heard but O2 are still trying to redo the contract tariffs, hence the removal of the unlimited texts.

You seriously expect us to believe somebody who cannot even string a sentence together?
 
If Orange is getting an exclusive iPhone, my guess it's going to include a mini USB port to charge, as it's been confirmed that all mobile phones in the EU need to use the universal charging port. It seems a bit early for this to happen though...
 
OP I know you and the orange rep want it to be the next iPhone but it's just the 3G model they're getting

It will only be the 3G iPhone (if anything) and somebody's opinion over the phone isn't exactly confirmation. When/if this happens it will be a press release from Apple/Orange. My guess is that Orange will get the 3G and the new iPhone in Summer 2010 will be available on both carriers.

Maybe, just maybe, the OP does not speak English as their native language...

I do believe the OP has misunderstood what they heard, but it's a bit unfair to mock their language proficiency. I only speak one language, how about you?
