Orange UK visual voicemail?

Does Orange network will be providing user with visual voice mail as i cannot see any where in the Orange page or in terms and conditions of the iphone stuff.?

Last news item I saw, Orange were 'hopeful' to provide Visual voicemail. I'm sure they will as O2 already provide the feature with their higher tariffs.

According to this Apple support document, Orange don't support it, but maybe they will in future?

I get visual voice mail with the O2 30 tariff. That's the lowest one. You don't get it with PAYG.
