Order iPhone on Sep 28, will it 1.1.1 or 1.0.2 ...

It could really go either way, although I can see it being 1.1.1 They would load up new iPhones with 1.1.1 before it was released as a software update, Granted they would not ship these ones until the 28th.

i would acctually say that opposite (all opinion tho) and say that i think you have a great chance at receiving a firmware that is not 1.1.1 but depends on when they ship.... if its within this coming week you should be fine i think

I wouldn't really worry too much. Unlocking 1.1.1 isn't impossible, it's just not possible today.

Give it a few weeks(ish) It'll be unlocked eventually just as the 1.0.X versions were because there is a pretty significant demand for it.
