I placed two orders of iPhone 6+ Friday night for two different numbers of my family plan through apple.com. One of them is already in 'Preparing for shipping' stage, while the other kept showing a red line of warning asking me to call 800-MY-APPLE.
Yesterday I spent two hours waiting on the line and finally spoke with a real live rep, she said the problem is that I need to wait for an E-mail and accept the AT&T Term and Conditions and she said the E-mail should arrive within 24 hours. Well I waited for one day constantly checking my E-mail including spam and trash and nothing happened.
So today I spent another two hours and got to speak with another rep, he repeated what I heard yesterday but suggested I could directly go to opw.apple.com/tcat to accept the T&C. But this time after giving my order number and E-mail address, the web page simply said 'We're sorry, your purchase record could not be found in our system.'
Has anyone experienced similar things while upgrading your phone from AT&T? I really don't want to waste another 2 hours getting the same answer to wait for another 24 hours.
